Bach Flower Remedies

Sometimes referred to as “Bach Drops” or Bach Flower Essences, these remedies are homeopathic in nature created to alleviate the emotional and/or mental components that may be interfering with physical healing or overall well-being.

I have used and studied Bach Flower Remedies for over ten years and often recommend them to clients to help facilitate their emotional or physical healing when a specific thought pattern or habit appears to be holding them back from reaching a desired state of mental or physical health.
